Bergen Evening Record Mid-Century and Anniversary Edition June 9, 1950

The photo above was posted in the Bergen Evening Record Anniversary Edition
on June 9, 1950 along with the G. A. R. photo showing the Civil War veterans. This photo was taken in 1898 at the time of the Spanish American War and Garrett Sturr is the first person on the left. This is all the information I have on this veteran at the present time.
